Dear Eighth Grade Parents and students,

Thank you for attending parent teacher conferences.  If you didn’t get a chance to check in with Mrs. Thiede, she will be sending home your child’s MAP results.  Look for them in the homework envelope.

Homework Envelopes: Just a reminder that homework envelopes are sent home every Monday.  Please sign and return them by Thursday.

DC Update:  The next payment for the trip is due to Hemisphere Travel by Oct. 11.  In the next few days, you will receive a signup from me about working the Country Fair on Nov. 11. It’s another way to earn funds for the trip and the work is relatively easy.  In the morning, we help the vendors bring things from their cars to the Family Life Center and in the afternoon, we do the opposite.  We also help break down the Family Life Center.

Field Trip: Grades 5-8 will be attending the Symphony in Milwaukee on Oct. 26.  Look for permission slips to come home soon.

Auction: Our basket theme is all about fall and autumn.  If you haven’t already, please consider donating to our basket. All donations should be brought to school by Oct. 16.  Thank you very much!
