Weekly Update
May 25th- May 29th, 2026 “PreK Wrap Up”
This is our last week of school! That is crazy to think about. All of the kids have grown so much over this past school year! I was truly blessed to have all of these wonderful kids in my classroom.
There is no school on Monday! Enjoy your long weekend!
The rest of the week, we will be wrapping up all of the activities and projects we have done this school year. We will be doing some fun activities outside. On Wednesday, we will be having a fun ice cream party to celebrate the year and summer birthdays!
Our PreK closing service will be held on Friday, May 29th, at 10:00 a.m. Students should arrive at our classroom at 9:45 a.m. Please note that we will not have a regular school day that day. The closing service will last about 45 minutes, and your child will be dismissed afterwards. If you need to utilize extended care, please let Ms. Jess know. All parents are encouraged to attend, as this is a special celebration in which the students will sing songs for you, and you will have the opportunity to come to the front of the church to take your child’s photo. At the end of the service, you will receive your child’s progress report, ABC book, fine motor journal, and memory book.
