April 27 – May 1, 2026 “Recycling”

We had a fun week talking about things with wings. We made our own butterfly wings as well as paper airplanes. We worked on the letter Ww and practiced writing it and saying its sound. Our Bible lessons were about the farmer and the seed and weeds among the wheat.

Next week we will be learning about recycling. We will learn how to sort our garbage in to the correct trash can. We will reuse some materials for some fun art projects too. Our letter will be Gg and we will practice writing it and hearing its sound. Our Bible lessons will be about Jesus calming the storm and about Jesus healing a paralyzed man.

If you haven’t returned your Day with Mom forms yet, please do so. We are looking forward to a fun day with you!

We have had some accidents this week that have required a few students to have to change clothes. Please check your child’s backpack to ensure they have a full set of clothes, including underwear and socks. If your child comes home with dirty clothes, please make sure to put a new set in for the next day.
