Junk Box Wars!  On Wednesday, grades 7 & 8 will be traveling to Living Word Lutheran High School for an event where teams will receive a box of “junk” with a mission:  create a specific item that may even perform some real-life function all out of the junk in that box.  In the past, it’s been a lot of fun seeing the kids think critically, create, and work together.  Please look for the Permission Slip that was sent home with your child on Friday.  There is no cost for this activity.

June 

  • 3  Closing Chapel Service with 10:00 dismissal and 6:30 Graduation Service and reception, hosted as a gift from the 7th grade to the graduating class  

 

Christian Character Formation Project:  The Bible study and lessons throughout the week will cause us to think about this question: What do we need to let go of to follow Jesus with determination?
