This week in 2K we take a closer look at letters, especially the 1st letter of our name. We will write it in shaving cream and go on a letter hunt in the hallway to look for our special letter with a paper magnifying glass. We’ll read and watch the short animated version of “Chicka Chicka boom boom” by Lois Ehlert. 2K practices “h” for hot and “c’ for Cocoa as we make a paper mug project and sample some too.  Along with getting out our ABC puzzles, we’ll have some letter matching games at table centers, and a game where we see and match letters of our favorite characters such as “m” for Mickey and “f” for Frozen. 

Jesus time: We will hear the story of the Wise men  and have our 1st visit to chapel at the end of class Thursday.
