Our theme this week is “Rodeo Round-up.” We will begin the week as we make a book about what a cowboy/girl wears. We will also review the letter “Hh” for horseshoe.
Monday is the PM field trip and Tuesday is our AM field trip to the Gall’s Family Farm. The farm is located at 3489 Birchwood Road in Saukville. We will leave the school around 8:30 am and 12:45 pm. We will tour around the farm, go on a hayride and each child will be able to ride a horse led by an adult. We will have snack on the farm, so if your child is the Star of the Week, please send something that can easily be eaten outdoors. Please dress to be outside for the whole field trip. Right now, the weather looks beautiful.
This Wednesday we will have a county fair/livestock show. Please send a stuffed animal or a picture of an animal that you would see on a farm. Children will get to show their animal and receive a special ribbon for it.
Our Bible lesson will be “Philip and the Ethiopian.” God wants people all over the world to hear the
good news about Jesus. We look for ways to help people all over the world hear the good news about Jesus. Our second Bible lesson will be “Jesus Changes Saul’s Heart.” God chooses us to tell others
about Jesus. We are so happy Jesus saved us that we gladly tell others about him.
I will send out a sign up this week for the items we need for the Summer Birthday Sundaes. Items can be brought in anytime. Thanks for your anticipated help.
This Thursday is our last day to go to the library. Please send your child’s book and their library bag. I will keep the bag to put all of their end of the year items in. The children will get them back on the last day of school.
