We’ll continue working with creating fluency through compound and complex sentences as well as deepening the impact of our writing through word choice and voice.
We’re beginning our editorial/letters to the editor. There are three basic parts to this piece: assertion, reasoning, and evidence. Students could choose their topic based upon interest as well as upon sources available to support their assertion. At least two resources are required. Planning, drafting, and revising are found on Google Classroom.
