The False Prince:  We now know Conner’s plan and our boys’ reaction to it. This week, we’ll continue to work on visualizing, a reading strategy that asks us to create mental images of what we are reading — almost like creating a movie in our minds — and on connecting ourselves to the text, another reading strategy.  We’ll also continue to read the novel as writers, identifying author’s craft, especially with character development.  Nearly daily reflections, as well as reader responses, are found on Google Classroom.
