READING MAP testing on Friday, May 15th.
We’re continuing with The Wednesday Wars. We’re exploring the themes in Shakespeare that our author Gary Schmidt weaves into the novel: that we are made for more than power and that inside each of us, we can make a positive difference in the world. Through Holling, we’re also learning about the history of the 1960’s. Expect nearly daily reading, comprehension checks, and written responses.
