This week we are looking at the Bible stories of the birth of John the Baptist and Jesus and the story of Simeon and Anna. Tuesday’s memory is 1 John 4:10, “In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” Thursday’s memory is Psalm 103:1-2, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.” The first sermon note is due October 13.
