7 Week of April 3rd

Family Scripture: “So then, none of you can be My disciple who does not give up all his own possessions” (Luke 14:33).

Updates

Community Service Hours are due May 1st.  One great opportunity to meet some of those hours is to help with our Easter Egg Hunt.  Please contact Ms. Tracy, our DCE, if you are interested in helping!  How fun!!   (For those interested in applying for our Lutheran Junior Honor Society, this activity would also count toward your application! 🙂  tracy.krueger@splgrafton.org

Our World of Discovery Fair is next weekend.  Mrs. Schumann had the opportunity to address all the middle school classes with this information:  projects are to be brought to school Friday, April 8th. There are two times set aside for this.  The times are from 3:15pm-4:00pm, or 6:00pm – 6:45pm.  Students must check in their project and not leave it in their homeroom.  Judging takes place that evening and throughout the day on Saturday, so it is critical that projects are in. 🙂

Those students doing live performances should come to the Family Life Center on Saturday, April 9.  This event starts at 3:30 pm.  Out of respect to all of those performing, all participants and their guests are required to stay until all performances are finished.
