This week we will explore more of the region of Africa as we look at more geography, its climate, and the Bantu people.  We will also enjoy a little bit of Dot Day enjoyment.  So you are aware our Social Studies textbooks are not great quality which means that we use them only in school, and no one has one in their desk.  If a student is gone for a period of time, I will send a book home.  Each student has a 3 prong folder with “World Regions” written on it.  (Clemens = blue, Haas = yellow) You may from time to time see these come home as we study for tests or need to complete activities.  When that happens, the textbook shouldn’t be needed for completion.  I love exploring the world with your students.
