First week

You made it. We made it. God blessed us with a fabulous beginning to our 2026-2027 school year. My prayer for you and your families now is to rest!

God says, “Come to Me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” So come. We have worship every weekend: Saturday evening at 5p, Sunday mornings at 8a, 9:30a, and 11a, and Monday evenings at 6:30p. Please come and join us St. Paul families.

Looking at the second week of school, please make sure you have BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT MEETING on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st beginning at 6p in the church sanctuary. After Mr. Yurk opens the evening, you will have the opportunity to come visit our classroom (there are 2 sessions) to hear more about 4th grade. While I have given much information already, there IS new information shared at this meeting. Please reschedule with me ASAP IF you cannot attend. Thanks!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th and MONDAY. SEPTEMBER 7th are NO SCHOOL days. Please enjoy the long holiday weekend. And yes, we still have worship opportunities! Please come!

No Spelling this week. We will have a mock test on Wednesday using words from 3rd grade. This mock test is NOT graded.

No Memory this week. Please ask your child about our new memory work routine at school!

We are working on building habits and routines, taking ownership and responsibility for our learning and growth.

Thanks for your support and encouragement.

Blessings on your weekend
