Music Schedules

St. Paul's Music Ministry schedules (along with their rehearsals) are available on individual group pages that are linked HERE or on the Church & School Calendar at www.splgrafton.org! Go to the  Church & School Online Calendar and select Music Ministry from the Interest Group menu at the top right of the calendar.   Every effort has been made to make this schedule workable and accurate.

The Mixed Choir  uses many musical styles for male & female singers and rehearses on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30pm. No experience needed! Mark your calendar to add your voice to this joyful group led by Valerie BremerPractices for the new season are most Tuesdays from Labor Day through May. Join us for part or all of the season.

The Male Choir   is for guys of all ages and rehearses on Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30pm (immediately after Mixed Choir). Join this fun group of gentlemen led by Dave Schmidt. No experience needed! Practices for the new season are most Tuesdays from Labor Day through May.

Handbell Choir is for those who can read music and is led by Kris Schroeder. If you have experience/interest to be a full-time or substitute ringer, let Kris know.
Consider having some fun each week with this light-hearted group!

Worship Teams are for instrumentalists and singers (high school age and up) who want to help lead worship in a different style and often rehearses Thursday from 6:45-8:30, but is flexible according to each group. We currently have 3 teams playing. Come join one of these energetic groups. Contact  Valerie Bremer to get connected!

 

 If you can't add a weekly commitment to your schedule, this is for you. Whether you are a vocalist or instrumentalist, there are opportunities to serve the Lord with your gifts! Talk to Valerie Bremer , the Director of Music to get connected!

Flute Choir   is led by Dawn Sisley and meets as needed to play for various services through the year, especially around Christmas.

 

Woodwind Ensembles are usually led by Dawn Sisley or Valerie Bremer, and meet as needed to play for various services through the year, especially around Christmas.

 

Brass Ensembles   are usually led by Valerie Bremer and meet as needed to play for various services through the year, especially for Reformation, Christmas and Easter.

 

String Ensembles   are usually led by Hannah Johnson or Ellen Suelflow, and meet as needed to play for various services through the year.

The music program at St. Paul Lutheran School seeks to make music a daily part of our Christian life as Scripture tells us.
