Bio

Mrs. Brueggemann was born in Milwaukee, WI. Her father's pastoral ministry has taken her family to also live in Chicago, Illinois, Northfield, Ohio and New Berlin, Wisconsin. During her high school years, she attended Martin Luther High School in Greendale, Wisconsin.

A graduate of Concordia University, River Forest, IL, Karen has taught students in the Primary grades and Pre-Kindergarten classes for all of her 39 years as a teacher. She has taught Four Pre-Kindergarten for 34 years. Karen earned her Master's degree from Concordia University, Mequon, WI in 2002.

Karen says she loves gardening, running, traveling and spending time with her family.

The pre-kindergarten classroom is an extension of the educational process that begins and continues at home. My goals are to help children develop a love for Jesus, provide an atmosphere where children feel safe, secure and learn Christian values, and design a curriculum that will help each child grow at his or her own pace.
