Fourth Grade — Mrs. Langfield

Week of November 30 - December 4, 2020

Week of November 30, 2020

Dear Parents,

We have reached the end of the first semester.  God has blessed us with many gifts and opportunities to learn.

The Christian Character Formation Project theme for this week is Courage.  We will be looking at the story of Deborah helping to deliver the Isrealites in Judges 4.

Keep reading for the Pizza Hut Reading Rewards program Book It.  Be sure to fill out your reading accomplishments online.  If you choose to record on the calendar tracker that was sent home, send it back to me when completed when we return from Thanksgiving break and I will submit the reading.

Book orders for the month of December are due by December 4.  If you are ordering online the code you will need to order is: XJTLW

We will be having a gift exchange for our Christmas Party which will be on Tuesday, December 22.  I ask that girls bring a gift for a girl and boys bring a gift for a boy.  The value of the gift should be $5.00-$7.00.  I would need the gifts brought to school no later than Friday, December 18.  Let me know if you have any questions.

The spelling words for this week are listed below.  The test will be on Friday.

Have a great week off!!  Have a Blessed Thanksgiving!!  Advent starts the week after Thanksgiving!
