Week One is in the bag!!! We did it!  Just a couple of highlights listed below:

• These kids definitely have gotten the hang of transitioning from class to class! I’m super impressed!
• We’ve reviewed several school ‘policies’ so that we come to school dressed to impress and prepared.
• Homework has only been handed out only a couple times (thankfully) and I’ve gotten good reports on them handing it in on time.

Some things to remind everyone of:

• Back To School Night (or parent orientation) is Sept 1st.  Everyone will meet in the FLC and then come visit me when finished.
• Sept 4-7 – NO school – Labor Day Weekend
• MAP Testing – Week of Sept 14 & 21
• Social Studies World Landmark Project due – 10/2
