May 18th- May 22nd, 2026 “Down on the Farm”

It is crazy to think that this is our last full week of school! This year has gone so fast! We will start our week with a trip to Roden Dairy Farm. Please wear boots or old shoes to the farm, as it is supposed to rain over the weekend. Other fun activities this week include farm animal crafts and making homemade ice cream. The letter of the week will be Ii for ice cream.

All library books need to be returned by Wednesday, May 20th!

Our PreK closing service will be held on Friday, May 29th, at 10:00 a.m. Students should arrive at our classroom at 9:45 a.m. Please note that we will not have a regular school day that day. The closing service will last about 45 minutes, and your child will be dismissed afterwards. If you need to utilize extended care, please let Ms. Jess know. All parents are encouraged to attend, as this is a special celebration in which the students will sing songs for you, and you will have the opportunity to come to the front of the church to take your child’s photo. At the end of the service, you will receive your child’s progress report, ABC book, fine motor journal, and memory book.
