March Madness – Looking for something to do this weekend? Come cheer on teachers and students at the March Madness volleyball/basketball games Friday, March 20th, 2026. Games start at 6:00 in the Gym! Free to attend! Activities for all ages!

 

6:00  Volleyball: 7th/8th Girls vs. Female Staff
Best of 3 sets with first 2 sets up to 15, 3rd set to 7 if needed.

6:30  Mini-Game: PreK-4th

Have a chance to win some candy from the candy bucket!

6:45  Basketball: 7th/8th Boys vs. Male Staff

7:00  Halftime: 

3rd/4th grade Poms performance

Half-court shot competition: Open to all ages!

Made baskets will get $5 gift cards to Culvers!

7:15  Basketball: 7th/8th Girls vs. Female Staff

An 8-minute quarter

7:30  “Lightning”: 5th/6th Grades

A lightning game with a girls game and a boys game. 

Winners will receive $5 gift cards to Culvers!

Puppy chow/Rice krispy treats – On Thursday March 26th, Lutheran Junior Honor Association will be hosting their annual puppy chow/rice krispy treat fundraiser for K-8 students. Students may purchase 1 treat. A bag of puppy chow will cost $3, and a rice krispy treat will cost $2. All proceeds will go to supporting Christmichel in Haiti to support his schooling, and any money raised above his tuition cost will support the people in his village for food, medical care, and more. 

Chapel Service – We are leading chapel on April 15th. I will be handing out scripts next week for students to start learning their lines. If you use the master memory list please note that the week of April 6th and week of April 13th have changed. I will continue to have the weeks memory posted on my week at glance.
