This month we will be celebrating spring, rain, Earth Day, planting/seeds, addition, subtraction, number concepts, reading, rhyming, and ending sounds. During Jesus Time our focus will be on the following stories: Doubting Thomas, Jesus and the Catch of Fish, The Lord’s Prayer, Jesus’ Ascension, A New Disciple, The Coming of the Holy Spirit, and Peter Speaks to the Crowd. Keep reading with your child and help them sound out words that are hard for them. Reading Tips: Surround your child with books, set a reading routine, and make a special reading spot at home.
Shower Your Support For Our New Reading Curriculum! Have you been able to fill your April Reading Curriculum Calendar with donors? 100% of all funds raised will go toward the new curriculum that will be introduced next school year. Our first initial quote came in at $110,000. Please find sponsors that will help us reach a goal of raising enough to cover at least 50% of our new curriculum.
