This week we are exploring rainbows and playing with color. We will have some colored popsicle sticks for games and a rainbow rice sensory bucket. 2K will hear some rainbow rhymes/songs at circle time and spend time reading some books about God’s beautiful colors. Rainbows and patterns take the stage for our art projects this week. We look forward to sharing a colorful and fun morning with you on Thursday’s “2K family day” 

Jesus time: We will share that a rainbow is a way we can remember God keeps his promises to be with us. We will show visuals of a few Bible examples- Noah, Abraham, the Israelites in the desert, birth of Jesus . We will also sing a story at chapel on Thursday about all of the wonderful and colorful things God placed in the world to show us His love.

Gym: We will balance plastic colored balls on top of a toilet paper tube and have fun exploring other ways to use them together too.
