This week 2K is “nuts about numbers” We will focus on our special age number(s) and counting to five and ten. We have some fun dice  counting games using dice that go up to both 3 and 6. It’s fun to count objects simply as we are playing around the room. Books we will read include “Mouse count”, “One hungry monster” and of course ” Five little Monkey’s jumping on the bed”  We have a project to go along with that book to continue the counting fun at home. There will also be numbers for us to find on the way to the gym Tuesday.:-)

Jesus time:  We have really been enjoying doing a google slide show for Jesus time here and there. This week, we’ll have one about numbers in the Bible. ( Animals in the ark went in 2 by 2, Jesus rose on day 3,  God made the world in 6 days…) We will sing and read the same “L-O-V-E” book that we did in chapel on family.
