This week, we will talk about all of the many gifts that God has given to us. He has blessed us with so many things that we should share these gifts and talents with our family, friends, and neighbors. We will talk about how the Pilgrims and the Native Americans helped each other on the first Thanksgiving. We will be celebrating all that God has blessed us with by having a Thanksgiving Feast with other PreK and Kindergarten friends. A note was sent home explaining what your child should bring to share for the Festivities! You can bring your item early if it is nonperishable. In the past, parents were invited to join us, but due to Covid, we are not able to have guests at this time. We will keep you updated if this changes. Thank you for your cooperation!
Our Bible Lesson will be about thanking God for the gifts that he has given to us. Your child should return their thankful turkey that was sent home last week. We will be sharing them during our Bible lesson time.
We are starting to practice our Christmas songs and finger plays for our Christmas Service on December 18th. I will be sending home a sheet with the words so that you can practice at home. Watch for this coming home soon!
Please also note our upcoming Christmas Service in December, along with our practice date on Friday! I will be sending home some things that you can practice with your child in preparation for this special service.
