This month in Math, we will be learning about money, graphing, patterning, geoboards, estimating, and fractions.  In Reading, we will be reviewing letter sounds, constant blends and continue practicing reading books.  In Jesus time, we will be learning the following stories; Twelve Year Old Jesus, Jesus is Baptized, Jesus Makes a Sick Boy well, The Great Catch of Fish, The Farmer and the Seed, Jairus’ Daughter, Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand, and Jesus Walks on Water.  Our themes this month will be winter, hibernation, animal tracks, Artic and Antarctic animals.

Time to bundle up for recess.   Please remember to include hats, mittens, and an EXTRA pair of SOCKS and MITTENS is also helpful.  If snow is on the ground, boots and snow pants need to be worn to go outside on the snow. Please be sure to LABEL all items with your child’s name.  Thank you for your help.
