Happy Thanksgiving!

Good afternoon, fourth grade families!

I hope you are all excited for Thanksgiving and that you are able to use this time to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones. Looking into the week ahead, as well as reflecting on the first trimester, I wanted to let you all know how grateful I am for all of you. The first year of teaching can certainly seem daunting at the start, but it has been a blessing to work with your children every day. I am incredibly thankful for your partnership with me. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday!

A few announcements looking into the break:

  • I told the students they have no homework, but encouraged them to read when they are able. Take the time to enjoy one another and eat some delicious food!
  • Our new website is planned to launch this weekend. It will follow the same link as our old website. The same emails I send each week will be posted on my page. I walked through the new website with the class, as well, so they should be familiar with it.
  • The first trimester has come to a close! I will be updating grades this next week, and progress reports and notes will be sent home in two weeks.
Have a wonderful holiday!

In His Service,
