Dear 8th Grade Parents and students,
Can you believe we are at the last week of school? The last week your child will be a middle schooler? I told you this year would fly by. Thank you for such a great year. It’s been such a blessing to have this class as my final homeroom. I appreciate you as parents. Thank you for your support throughout the year. I will continue to keep your family and especially your eighth grader in my prayers.
Servant Day is June 2. Students should wear their class shirts this day. No athletic shorts. They may wear the shorts that are permitted in the dress code. Thank you to all who are bringing in extra items for our lunch. We could use one more bag of lettuce for this day. If you can provide this, would you please email me? Thank you.
The Track-and-Field Day is June 4. Please remember to bring a water bottle for this day and a small snack. If your child did not sign up for the picnic lunch, they must bring a lunch/drink from home.
Graduation Rehearsal: We do this in the afternoon of June 4. Please do not plan any appointments for this time.
Eighth Grade Celebration Day: June 4 at 2:30. If you plan to attend, please line up near the sidewalks near the outdoor worship area.
Graduation: June 5 at 6:30- Eighth graders should arrive no later than 6:15 and should go to the Family Life Center.
