For the Week of April 26

Dear Families, 

He is Risen! He is Risen, Indeed!  Alleluia!  

As we continue in the Easter Season, we are grateful for God’s Mercy.  He loves us, no matter what!

Religion/Pillars Math- Miss Schultz Reading Writing/Spelling

This past week: We went back to Jesus’s first miracle- the Wedding at Cana and we learned about Nicodemus.  

Powerful Panther Pillars Theme :April- Gentleness

 

 

This past week: We focused on Procedural Text, which was very appropriate as we had many tornado warnings the previous week.  Perfect Timing!

 

This past week: We wrapped up our Animal Reports in class.  The students worked very diligently.

Next Week: We continue to focus on Jesus’s ministry and we will discuss how Jesus was rejected in his hometown of Nazareth and see how Peter became a disciple.

Multiplication Ninja continues. We still have some that need to finish their Ninja status.

VBS Save the Date: VBS this year is June 15-19, 9am-12pm. We will start volunteer sign up in March and child registration will begin the end of April. Starting Friday, May 1, students are allowed to wear shorts to school for the rest of the school year.  Shorts must be mid-thigh length or longer and may have a decorative frayed hem.  Spandex, biker shorts, cutoffs (jeans or sweatpants), torn shorts, tight or short shorts, and athletic shorts are not permitted.  Students in PreK-4th grade may wear athletic shorts on non-chapel days with the understanding that they are mid-thigh length or longer.
