This week, we will continue our 4th unit on “Systems in Space” (Topics 6 & 7 in our textbook).  We will begin exploring how the force of gravity affects matter on earth. Students will engineer a parachute and also investigate Earth’s gravitational pull.  Students will investigate how properties of matter (especially mass & shape) affect the gravitational pull of matter by comparing how fast different objects fall.  No major tests/projects are planned.  As always, you can keep up with our day to day assignments and any changes to this schedule at https://stpaul5thscience.blogspot.com/
