This week we will begin our preparations for Christmas. We will be making special gifts for special people in our lives. We will also practice the letter “O” for ornament in our letter journals and practice our Christmas songs for our service. Please try to go over the songs each night before you say your prayers and color a star on your Advent calendar that we made. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Our class will be participating in the Eaton’s Pizza Reading Incentive Program again this month. The calendar was sent home last week for you to complete and sign. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Each class will be having a Christmas party on Thursday, December 18th or Wednesday, December 19th. We will play some Christmas games and have a special snack. A room parent will be sending out a sign up to bring items for our parties. We will have our classroom party and exchange gifts through a little “pass the present” game. Please have your child bring a $5 wrapped gift for the exchange. Please write on the gift if it is for a boy, a girl or if it would be appropriate for either a boy or a girl. Also, include who the gift is from so that we can have our kids say “thank you” to the friend that it is from.
Please add to your calendar Thursday, January 8th. We will be having a Preschool/Kindergarten Open House Night from 6:00-7:00pm. It is a great opportunity for you to learn more about St. Paul and our wonderful program! Please invite your neighbors and friends!
