This week in C.A.R.E…..

Kindergarten:  We will be working on letter/sound recognition.  We know that every letter makes a sound.  Now we are practicing seeing and saying the sounds we see.

1st Grade: We will be working on diagraphs (ch, th,sh) as well as short vowel sounds in words.

2nd Grade: We are working on being experts on our reading bag topics.  We are using the lingo words that books use and finding topics that are related in each of our books.  We keep adding to our knowledge of our topic by reading, reading and more reading!
