During this week, we will read the story “Stone Soup” and learn that it is important for everyone to share and help out. We will all share our ingredients and help make a little soup for our class.  A letter was sent home before Easter Break to let you know what ingredient your child should bring to help make the soup.  The children will help with the preparation of the soup, and of course, the tasting. We will practice the letter “V” for vegetable in our letter books and make vegetable prints.  We will also have fun finding the letters in our name to make our own bowl of “alphabet soup”. Our Bible lesson will be Jesus Helps His Friends Catch Fish from Luke 5:1-11. We will talk about Jesus wants us to tell others about Him and share our faith with others.

Please also remember that as the weather gets warmer, we will be going outside for fresh air! Please make sure that your child has proper clothes to be outside – a warm coat and hat if necessary.

Sing God’s Word Kids Show (ages 3-12)

Seeds Kids Worship presents the Sing God’s Word Kids Show! This faith-filled show was made for one purpose: To help kids sing and know God’s Word! Each 30-minute episode is full of worship, an engaging devotional, a fun game, and trivia… all centered around knowing God. The worship is led by Kylie Lynch (Worship Girl) with fun hand motions to our patented word-for-word scripture songs. These fun and joyful worship songs help kids of all ages engage in worship. Then our very special guest speaker will share a powerful devotional on the theme verse.
