This week we are talking about worship and finishing up our overview of the Small Catechism. Tuesday’s memory is Romans 12:2, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Thursday’s memory is The First Commandment with meaning, “You shall have no other gods. What does this mean? We should fear, love, and trust in God above all things.” The first sermon note is due this Tuesday (9/15).
