All we do is grow our relationship with Jesus.
In our next few weeks’ classes, we’ll continue with our introduction to and study of the Apostles’ Creed. Our next journal on the 1st Article will be discussed on Thursday, March 3rd, and due the following week. The journal is meant to draw us into deeper understanding of our God, and one way to demonstrate that is through our written word. Journals, then, will be developed with thinking and given credit in both Confirmation and in English/Writing.
3/3 Sometimes we see or realize how God protects us, sometimes we don’t. Look at the last week of your life, what SPECIFICALLY has God protected you from? How would your life be different today if He hadn’t done these things?
OR
3/3 What’s ONE thing that God has given you that you’re really thankful for TODAY? Why? What is one thing you can do differently today to praise God for what He’s done? How would your life be different if you did that? Why?

1st Article of the Apostles Creed & Meaning (Part 3) – I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth. What does this mean? All this He does only out of fatherly, divine goodness and mercy, without any merit or worthiness in me. For all this, it is my duty to thank and praise, serve and obey Him. This is most certainly true.
The sermon note form is also available on the link below and as a Material on Google Classroom. Students will have the ability to view and print the form from either the website here or Google Classroom. If worshiping at St. Paul, the forms are also printed and available on the back wall in the Narthex, near the coat racks.
Sermon Notes due: February 28th
