MATH BLOCKS: TUESDAY & THURSDAY This week, we learned about  WHAT math is.  This week, we will learn how to think and speak like mathematicians.  Our first unit will focus on patterns and helping all kids see that they are capable of learning and being “good” at math. We will also do some multiplication review and will get acquainted with the math practice standards and begin to develop our class “norms” for small group work this year. No major tests/projects are planned.
