Our theme for the week is “From Here to There.” We will talk about various forms of transportation which includes how people move from one place to another. We will paint with vehicles and learn about the letter “K” for the word “key.” We will talk about moving by land, air and water. We will graph various modes of transportation that pass by our school and make license plate rubbings. Our Concordia student, Miss Coffman, will lead the children in an activity where they create their own vehicle. We will have a fun opportunity to drive play cars downstairs on roads in the hallways. There will be a car wash and lots of signs to follow. Watch out! Each child will even get their own drivers license.
Our first Bible lesson will be “Jairus’ Daughter” where we learn that Jesus has power over death and our second one is “The Young Man from Nain” where we learn that heaven is a wonderful place where believers will live with Jesus forever.
