Project: The Bible study and lessons throughout
the week will cause us to think about this
question: Where
do you find the power and motivation to sacrifice for
others?
Virtue --
SELF-SACRIFICE: God's power for you to give up
something to help others.

Religion:
We will continue our study of the Lord's Prayer.
Our focus is on the 2nd (thy kingdom come), 3rd (Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven), and 4th (Give us this day our daily
bread) petitions
Memory Quiz #25 -DUE April 15th (YURK) or 16th
(KELL)
1st Petition of the Lord's Prayer - Hallowed be
Thy name. What does this mean? God's name is certainly holy in
itself, but we pray in this petition that it may be kept holy among
us also.
Journal Entry #13 - DUE April 22th (YURK) or
23th (KELL)
God has commanded us to pray and promises to
hear us when we pray. The word AMEN means YES! It shall be so. What
does knowing this mean for us when we pray? When can praying be
something difficult for you to do? What happens when we don't seem
to get an answer to our prayers? What is God telling us? How can we
find comfort in this?
Sermon Note #9 - DUE May 13th (YURK) or 14th
(KELL)
