Here is what will be happening this coming week!
This week we continue looking at David. We will talk
about how David bravely fought Goliath, because he knew God was on
his side and would fight for His people. We will then move on to
David's friendship with Jonathan, and will end the week beginning
to talk about David's sin with Bathsheba.

We live in a
world of competition. Sometimes we stand in the spotlight, and
sometimes we sit in the shadows. King Saul and Jonathan both had a

Article of the Apostles Creed ~ I believe in Jesus
Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy
Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was
crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. The third
day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits
at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty. From thence He will

The Second Article of the
Apostles Creed paints a beautiful picture of who Jesus is and what
He has done for each of us. Why is it important that we know and

by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus suffered

God has commanded us
to pray and promises to hear us when we pray. The word AMEN means
YES! It shall be so. What does knowing this mean for us when we
pray? When can praying be something difficult for you to do? What
happens when we don't seem to get an answer to our prayers? What is
God telling us? How can we find comfort in this?
