You should see drop down menus in the dark strip at the top of the screen. In order to see the menus across the top of the page, you will need to have Internet Explorer 6+ or Mozilla Firefox. Also set your display to millions of colors. Screen resolution should be at 800x600 or above for the best viewing experience.
